Batman The Dark Knight Rises 


The Dark Knight Rises is the last in the trilogy of Christopher Nolan's batman films.


The Dark Knight Rises is set Eight years after the previous film, The Dark Knight. the film start with you being introduced to the mercenary of Bane who is the main antagonist of the film, who has been purposely caught by the CIA to he can go to Gotham a start his revolution and kidnap Dr Pavel who is a nuclear physicist.  
Commissioner Gordon feels guilty for Dent's death he writes a resignation speech that he is going to read on the eighth anniversary of Harvey's death on Dent day, confessing the truth about him, but decides not to use it. So the dent act does not get drawn back and the thousands of organised criminals that have been put away with this will be free and all their criminal records will be scrapped. Under the guilt of Harvey's death Batman has disappeared, with Bruce Wayne becoming a recluse and not coming out of his home Wyane manor. Cat Woman (Selina Kyle) breaks in too Bruce's house and steals his fingerprints to get a clean slate that she has been told exists by Bruce's business rivals. then she gets in a car with the congressman, who then later on is said to be missing on news  Selina turns up with the congressmen and then hands Bruce's fingerprints to Phillip Stryver, an assistant to Bruce's business rival John Daggett, in hope of having her criminal record erased. Stryver double crosses Selina, but she uses the congressman's stolen phone to alert the police of their location. Gordon and the police arrive to find the congressman, then pursue the criminals into the sewers while Selina flees.  Bane then captures captures Gordon who was also involved in the pursuit. Gordon escapes, and is found by John Blake, a patrol officer who grew up an orphan and has deduced Batman's true identity from their similar backgrounds. Gordon promotes Blake to detective, with Blake reporting directly to him.
Wayne Enterprises has become unprofitable after Bruce discontinues his fusion reactor project when he learns that the core could be weaponised. Later on, Bane attacks the Gotham Stock Exchange, using Bruce's fingerprints given to him by Daggett to bankrupt Wayne Enterprises and take all of Bruce's money. Alfred becomes concerned that Bruce is going to kill himself is he carry's on being Batman, then Alfred reveals to him that Rachel (Bruces childhood lover) had planned to marry Dent before she murdered by the joker sick plot, then he resigns in an attempt to dissuade him. Daggett now having brought Wyane Enterprises, Bruce fears that Daggett is going to use fusion reactor against him, he asks board member Miranda Tate to take over his company. Bane later kills Daggett.
Selina agrees to take Batman to Bane after being promised what she wanted, but instead sends him to a trap. Bane appears and reveals that he intends to fulfill Ra's al Ghul's mission to destroy Gotham with the members of the League of Shadows that are still alive. Bane breaks Batman's back and takes him to a prison where escape is virtually impossible. The inmates tell Bruce the story of Ra's al Ghul's child, born in the prison and cared for by a fellow prisoner before escaping, the only prisoner to have ever done. Bruce assumes the child to be Bane.
Meanwhile, Bane tricks all the police to go underground and trap them in collapsed tunnels. Bane Murders Mayor Garcia and forces an abducted physicist, Dr. Pavel, to convert the reactor core into a nuclear bomb before killing him, he kills him as he is the only person in the world that can disarm it. Bane uses the bomb to hold the city hostage and isolate Gotham from the world. Using Gordon's stolen speech, Bane reveals the cover-up of Dent's crimes and releases the prisoners of Blackgate Penitentiary, initiating a revolution. The wealthy and powerful have their property expropriated, are dragged from their homes, and given show trials presided over by Dr. Crane (scarecrow).
After months of recovery and re-training, Bruce escapes from the prison on his third attempt then gets Selina, Blake, Tate, Gordon, and Lucius Fox to help stop Bane's bomb's detonation and blowing up all of Gotham. While the police and Bane's men fight for justice, Batman fights and is about to finish Bane off, but Tate intervenes and stabs Batman to stop him, in doing this she revealing herself as Talia, Ra's al Ghul's child, who escaped the prison when she was a little girl with help from her friend, Bane. She plans to complete her father's work by detonating the bomb and destroying Gotham and cleaning up the world for good. Commissioner Gordon blocks her signal, preventing remote detonation. Talia escapes to find the bomb to ensure detonation. Bane prepares to kill Batman, but Cat Woman interferes Bane plan and kills him using the Batpod. Batman pursues Talia with the The Bat, (a gunship) given to him earlier in the film Fox, to bring the bomb back to the reactor, where it can be stabilized. Talia's truck crashes, but she remotely destroys the reactor before dying. With no way to stop the detonation, Batman uses The Bat to haul the bomb over the sea, where it detonates.
After this Batman is assumed to be dead in the blast but is now excepted as a hero in Gotham. After Bruce's will is read out, you find out Wayne Manor is left to the city to become an orphanage, and the rest of his fortune are left to Alfrid. Fox discovers that Bruce had fixed The Bat's autopilot, and Gordon finds the Bat-Signal refurbished. While visiting Italy, Alfred witnesses Bruce and Selina together. Blake resigns from the police force and inherits the Batcave where he finds all of Batman's equipment.
